When you grow past 10 or 50 people
Crossing a limit is never a surprise. Your first month over the limit is still billed at your current plan’s price. Features stay the same; only the monthly price changes. Your invoice tells you in advance if your plan is about to change.

Who counts as a scheduled user?
Anyone with at least one shift or clock-in in the calendar month. Each person is counted once a month, however many shifts they have.
Free of charge:
- Managers who only plan shifts
- Employees with no shifts that month
- People who are only on leave or absent all month

Frequently asked questions
Who counts as a user?
A scheduled user is anyone with at least one shift or clock-in in the calendar month, counted once. Managers who only plan, employees with no shifts and people only on leave are free.
What happens when we cross 10 or 50 users?
Your first month over the limit is still billed at your current plan’s price. If you are over the limit the following month too, you move to the next plan. Every feature is already included, so nothing changes in use.
How long is the contract and how do I cancel?
The contract runs until further notice, and monthly billing can be cancelled monthly.

What happens when the trial ends?
The trial never turns into a paid plan by itself. You decide whether to order. Your data is kept for 90 days after the trial and you can export it.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT, and Finnish VAT of 25.5% is added to the invoice. You can show VAT-inclusive prices with the switch above.

Plan names (Micro, Small, Medium, Large) describe the number of scheduled users only. They do not state whether a company is a micro, small or large undertaking under the Finnish Accounting Act.
